Practice Areas

Rebecca K. Michalek specializes and focuses primarily in commercial and residential real estate law. She also has expertise in the senior living industry with regards to real estate acquisitions and development. Other areas of experience include estate planning, business law and corporate law. In addition to her legal practice, since 2002 Rebecca has served on the board of directors and a two-year term as president for Shelter, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that provides emergency housing for abused and neglected children. Rebecca also serves on the board of directors for HEAR Foundation, a not-for-profit organization providing health and education relief.
