Lee E. Gussin concentrates his practice in the legal representation of closely held businesses, business acquisitions and dispositions, and general business contract and transactional matters. He also has extensive experience in commercial real estate and in the structure and financing of commercial real estate transactions. In addition to his legal practice, Lee has been a board member and officer of numerous charitable organizations over the past 30 years.
