Practice Areas

David A. Kallick concentrates his practice in the representation of banks and other financial institutions, including documentation of commercial and real estate loan transactions, the acquisition and merger of financial institutions, dealing with various state and federal regulatory agencies and commercial loan workouts. Mr. Kallick has also represented corporations in the negotiation of loan arrangements with financial institutions and in general corporate matters. In connection with his representation of financial institutions, Mr. Kallick has presented numerous programs to bank loan officers on documentation of secured loans. Additionally, Mr. Kallick has experience in the conversion, development and management of condominiums and in commercial transactions involving cooperatives. While serving as an Assistant Dean at Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Southern California Law Center, Mr. Kallick lectured and taught courses in the area of professional responsibility.
